Sell the tickets to raise money for your classroom at $5 each or 5 for $20 (please note cash only sales)

Enclose the cash in the supplied envelope

Check each ticket is filled in with a name and a phone number

Return them to your class teacher as soon as possible

Due date before the school holidays, or by Wednesday 20 July at the latest

Unsold tix return to your class teacher as soon as possible

Draw on Sat 23 July at the Disco Ball.

Winners will be contacted by phone if they are not present
