The Heritage Impact Statement for the shade structure has been completed by Fiona Binns from Urbis. Fiona found no issues with the design and submitted a very positive report. This has been forwarded onto Maria, who has in turn forwarded the report to the DET. We await their decision.
Fingers crossed that we can get underway soon.

Great news. To add to that, I received a letter from the DET apologising for then delay, congratulating our P&C for our committment and efforts and indicating that upon receipt of the Heritage Impact Statement their should be no further impediment.
